Shipping & Collection

  1. All orders will be dispatched and delivered within 1-5 working days.
  2. under 2kg parcels are £3.99 (3-5 working days)
  3. Over 2kg is £4.99 (3-5 working days)
  4. Express shipping is £6.45 (1-3 working days)
  5. All orders are processed Monday - Friday.
  6. any orders placed after 1pm or on the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
  7. All orders will be posted same day unless we are extremely busy but no longer than 2-3 days before your items are dispatched
  8. if for any reason a product you have ordered is out of stock we will aim to get it back in stock within 1 week to then dispatch your order. 
  9. Collection orders can be picked up between 11-7pm Monday-Friday.
  10. You will receive  confirmation when your order is ready. 

  11. BULK BUYS* if your order exceeds 20kg there will be an extra shipping charge of £3.55 you will be emailed if this happens, where then you can make payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
